Stress Management or Stress Avoidance
Do we need to manage stress or reason out why we are stressed and avoid being in to it again?What is more productive of the two? Stress Avoidance ofcourse. If we invest little time in preventing a situation going wrong, there is no need to be stressed afterwards. As everyone knows PREVENTION is BETTER than CURE !!!! When does the word stress gets in to our lives? Is it ever present and we realise it only when we want to? Stress is a threat to emotional and physical state of a human being. Stress is the reaction to the perceived threat. It is caused even because when we tend to overdo certain things more than our natural ability to do it. Relaxation is the only way to get out of it. Aim to attain a increased calmness and decrease anger, anxiety and stress. No overreaction. Overdoing any thing is ultimately going to be stressful.
