Corporate Culture !!!!
Corporate culture....a culture that seems uniform throughout the world and considered universal varies from one part of the world to the other.
There are four basic types of corporate culture (till now ...... My research (இது என்ன புது கதை) data shows only these !!) :
1. Incubator : In this type of culture, personal existence is more important than organization. Self expression and Self fulfillment are given the first preference. Employees are given more opportunities to be creative and innovative !!!! (குழந்தை மாதிரி பார்த்துபாங்களா!!!)
Eager to know which part of the world it is followed...fly to Sweden
2. Guided missile: Loyalty to projects are important. People work in team. Employees are supposed to be task oriented. Very impersonal approach. Most of the Software companies follow this as it is the culture of USA ,UK and Canada !!! (பல பேரோட வண்டி இதுலதான் ஓடுது !!!)
3. Family: Employees maintain a personal and face to face relationship. It has hierarchial approach. The Boss or the leader is 'Fatherly figure' and 'Father knows the best' is the idea that people follow. Employees show high loyalty and have a long term relationship with the company.
This culture is prevalent in Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Italy, and India.
( Boss impress பண்றத விட்டுட்டு boss wife அவங்க வீட்டு நாய்குட்டி...etc .etc ..எல்லாரும் ஒரு family மாதிரி !!!!)
4. Eiffel tower: This too is hierarchial structure (goes by its name). Boss is a boss and not 'father like'. Everybody abide rules and rules dominate. Approach used is bureaucratic and impersonal. Germany and Austria follow this culture. (ரொம்ப over ...கண்டிப்பா HARI SADU தான்)
One thing is common in all these culture and that is 'Meetings'. Meetings are held when you don't want to work on your own and hate to make decisions on your own. You can see people , feel important, impress your colleagues ...all on company time !!! Meetings are the best and practical alternative to work !!! Meeting --இது மட்டும் இல்லேன்னா நிறைய பேருக்கு life meaningless ஆகிடும் !!!
